These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of writinaid.com (the "Site") and any writing, editing, or related services provided by WritinAid ("WritinAid," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
WritinAid provides writing, editing, formatting, and document-drafting support across three areas: Academic Writing, Corporate/Business Writing, and Travel/Migration Writing. Our services are provided as reference material, editorial support, and drafting assistance based on information and instructions supplied by the client. WritinAid is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, registered migration agent, accounting firm, or financial advisory service, and does not provide legal, immigration, financial, or investment advice (see Section 11, Disclaimers).
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with WritinAid. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including project instructions, deadlines, and any source materials required to complete your order. WritinAid reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, including where instructions are unclear, incomplete, unlawful, or fall outside the scope of services we offer.
Prices are quoted based on service type, complexity, word/page count, and deadline, and are confirmed before work begins. Full or partial payment (as agreed at the time of order) is required to commence or complete work. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund & Revision Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Each order includes a revision window as described in our Refund & Revision Policy. Revision requests must relate to the original instructions provided at the time of order; requests that materially change scope, topic, or requirements may be treated as a new order.
You are responsible for:
WritinAid's academic services are intended to provide model answers, structural guidance, editing, and reference material to support your own learning and writing process — not to be submitted as your own original, unaided work where doing so would violate an institution's academic integrity policy.
You agree to use all documents, drafts, and materials provided by WritinAid in a manner consistent with the academic, professional, or regulatory rules that apply to you, and to take full responsibility for how any document is ultimately used or submitted. WritinAid does not encourage, and is not responsible for, any use of our materials that breaches a third party's policies.
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to create fraudulent or falsified documents, or to misrepresent facts to any institution, employer, financial body, or government authority.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered document transfers to you, and you may use it for its intended purpose. WritinAid retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying excerpts of completed work for internal quality review or portfolio/sample purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing. All Site content, branding, and materials not part of a client deliverable remain the property of WritinAid.
We treat all client documents and personal information as confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your materials with third parties except as necessary to deliver your order or as required by law.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WritinAid does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to academic grades, admission or scholarship decisions, publication acceptance, funding or loan approval, visa or immigration approval, or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WritinAid's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. WritinAid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of opportunity, admission, funding, or visa outcome, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
WritinAid may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unlawful use. You may discontinue use of our services at any time; fees already incurred remain payable in accordance with Section 5 and our Refund & Revision Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WritinAid is registered to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties before pursuing formal legal action.
