Refund & Revision Policy

We want every client to receive a document that meets the instructions and standard agreed at the time of order. This policy explains what revisions are included with your order, when a refund may apply, and how to request either one.

2.1 What's included

Every completed order includes a free revision window of [7 days from delivery for standard orders; 14 days for thesis/dissertation and business plan packages]. During this window, we will revise the document at no additional cost where the request:

• Relates directly to the original instructions, brief, or guidelines provided at the time of order
• Identifies specific errors, omissions, or misalignment with the agreed brief
• Does not introduce new scope, topic, word count, or requirements not part of the original order

• Requests that materially change the topic, structure, or scope of the original order
• New instructions or guidelines not shared at the time of order
• Revisions requested after the applicable revision window has closed (these may be offered as a new, separately quoted order)
• Formatting or feedback changes required due to institution-specific rules not disclosed at the time of order

• Change of mind after final, approved delivery has been accepted
• Delay caused by the client's late response, incomplete instructions, or late materials
• Requests made after the revision window has closed
• Orders where the client used the document, submitted it, or shared it with a third party before requesting a refund
• Any outcome (grade, admission, visa, funding, publication decision) that depends on a third party's independent judgment

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before work has started for a full refund, minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees. Once a specialist has begun work, cancellation fees may apply proportional to the work completed, calculated at the time of your cancellation request.

6. Partial Refunds

Where part of an order has been satisfactorily delivered and part has not, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the undelivered or non-compliant portion, at our reasonable discretion, following a review of the order details.
